Oggicesole it is a big plateful for me. I'm doing a hypnotic gastric band thing at the moment! They say my stomach is now the size of a golf ball so I eat accordingly..I've lost 12 lb since I started with it, although nothing in the last few days..

Mr P, I've come down 12 lb so far on it, but currently at a plateau. However I've signed up fo a 17.8 mile sponsored walk so hopefully the practice for that will kick start things again

I heard that if you Stagger your calorie intake over the week it stopels weight plateu. Although I'm no expert😁

How do you stagger your calorie intake mine varies from day to day (although I'm great calorie counter, exercise is more important to me).

You have like 2500 calories On Monday 1800 on Tuesday 2000 Wednesday etc etc. That's just an example.
