Woke at 232.3, up 3.8 from Friday after a long vacation weekend in Colorado! You saw the photos of the food... now you can see the results in water weight. Fasted until 1:30 and started back on the clean eating plan. I got to 231.4 before that, so I'm already dropping some water. Looking for a few whoosh days this week, although I am going into the office on Wednesday and Thursday, so that is sometimes a challenge. UPDATE: Down to 230.6 by 7 pm.
