Hi everyone
I did it again injured my Ankle yet again so no walks until it feels ok again but the IF isn’t easy done the right way…. On a (1000Cal) per day not everything & anything my heart desires thinking am fasting so it’s ok no guilt if Anything I gained weight …. Finally I am facing my demons and fighting my way through food addiction & Hunger …. Slept very hungry last night hopefully will move forward and get a grip thank you everyone for your support luv u all❤️❤️

Thanks Noor it’s never easy I was told by a professional I suffer from food addiction …. Hope can win this fight against the food addiction am loving my keto diet to burn the fat

Griff …. I chose this type of weight loss method due to a situation out of my control I walk on egg shells & breakfast is something that will cause me a lot of grief so I gave it up ( once I am able to live alone ) will go back to having breakfast I miss it so thank u mate for your support 💖💖

Nadia, I get breakfast around 10 but skip lunch to take Geoff the dog for a walk, which is good because I’m getting steps in and missing a meal, only downside is I’m drinking a lot more coffee (if that’s a downside 🤷‍♂️) You’ll get there 💪👍
