I’ve been having far too many salty/savoury breakfasts lately, so fancied something more fresh and sweet this morning. Granola, greek yoghurt, mixed berry compote and strawberries! This was honestly SO good 🍓

Absolutely great meal. I have the same at least twice a week. I also add strawberry protein powder in mine, with chia seeds too.

Greek yoghurt is my fave. I buy Total 0% fat yoghurt. Also at the moment to go with it I have pink rhubarb. Stewed with Stevia so virtually no calories.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone 😍 I find that posting my food pics keeps me motivated for some reason, it’s also nice to look back on them for meal inspiration! I love looking through everyone’s pictures too and seeing what everyone else has had 😂

I like to think that too. I post pics that show how easy it is to eat healthily without loading up on carbs and calories. I've not cheated once on my diary. Mega peeved at the mo. Had advice about my BMR etc etc. How can anyone survive on 1000 cals?

@Noorweightloss It’s been one of those weeks! Still lost weight, but when you’re baking cakes and pastries all day long, it’s so hard to be good! I couldn’t be doing a worse job whilst trying to slim down 🤣
