Yago, com ja sabeu, la cuina zen no permet el dashi a base de peix. Ni tan sols utilitzen cebolleta, ceba o all. En comptes d'això, vaig fer aquest àpat amb dashi de kelp. Aquest és el tipus de menjar japonès que m'agrada.

YF, Les algues són beneficioses i tenen quantitat de nutrients i iode, afig en ensalada la wakame i en fons o caldos la kombu, que són les que mes fàcil accés tinc.🌿

És difícil obtenir ingredients adequats, però el kombu és versàtil. Jo faig el millor possible🥲 El tofu de sèsam era molt mà d'obra... Vaig haver de fer la meva pròpia pasta de sèsam des de zero😭 Al Japó pots comprar la pasta al supermercat.
