Getting consistent with the yoga now and doing at least 15 to 30 minutes daily. Can feel myself getting stronger which is encouraging me to continue with the 31 day challenge. It's good as it's mixing up different yoga styles each day and there's extra workouts to try too each day which is good. Slowly getting more cardio in too, ranging grom 15 to 30 minute walks or youtube workouts which is also good. Diet was terrible today as couldn't stop eating but there's always tomorrow to try again and to eat more mindfully. Hoping it hasn't sabotaged the week!

Nunido yes sort of. I signed up to the challenge through something called boho beautiful (I found them on youtube) and they have an app where they post the classes each night. There's quite a few on there to choose from too so may stay with it but it does cost

Aww thanks. I’m on holiday so a little harder to do but it has been wonderful to get away from everything and chill. I am moving my body but just not as intentionally as I would when I’m home. I’m trying to eat mindfully but it’s insane when the starter is 700 calories, the main 1800 and the dessert over a 1000, and that’s just dinner. I have no idea if the calories are actually accurate on menus😂🫣. So I’m just not worrying about it until next week🤪.

@bryonyrm I never tried yoga, would love to.. but I need some idiot proof app or guide 🤣 and also preferably free one, because I'm not sure if I'll like it 😃 I'll keep looking to find something suitable x maybe also some beginner friendly YouTube videos.. Question tho.. how good you think yoga really is for burning calories and getting rid of fat?

Nunido when I first tried yoga I used YouTube videos. The boho beautiful ones are good but there's loads of others. I don't think most styles of yoga burn many calories to be honest but I do find it helps me tone and gain strength which helps with the cardio. Also find it great for my mental health. Good luck 😊

Thanks, I'll look it up! I would mainly do it to get proper stretching.. Since I hit 30s I feel tensions and hear cracking in places in my body where I didn't even think there is anything to crack 🫣🤣

Thanks mr G 😊 need to get consistent with my diet but focusing on one thing at a time and hopefully it'll all fall in to place soon!
