@portlandbill, according to FS, there's 23g fat and 32g protein in this meal. In my evening meal there will likely be more fat than protein. So over the day it might work out that way. For me, it's more about keeping my carbs low, eat protein to my macros and then fat to appetite 😁💪🏼
