Woke at 221.3, up 2.7 from yesterday. In addition to two servings of stuffed peppers last night, i also ate a solid cup and a half of mixed nuts, which equals 1100 calories alone! Unfair... 😉

Yeah, those nuts add up. I had to learn to measure those out and put them away.

That's what I have to do! I do that with those little 100 calorie packs, so it's not like I don't understand the portions...

At least it was something of nutritional value!:)

Thanks, Navy! Luckily, I am past the simple carbs, so when I overeat, it's usually extra fat and sodium!

Did the same thing yesterday. But mine "unstuffed cabbage" for 2 days, holiday treats, and somewhat inactivity from knee injury. So, we have high salt content, higher sugar content, and lack of exercise. But, the additional weight was off this A.M. But, those unstuffed cabbage was really good !! Keep at it, my friend.

Thank you, Shaheda. I’m the same! Mixed nuts are a rare treat. I rarely eat peanut butter because I also can’t stop once I get started, and I can’t do portion control! I hope you enjoy the holidays!

Reese's Mini Cups wrapped in cookie dough and baked,....Christmas sugar cookies,...Candied Pecans,...and the list goes on of goodies that my spouse makes during the holiday season. Mixed nuts are not an issue for me. But, peanut butter,..I have to totally ignore it or it becomes an addiction for me. Half my family comes in tonight for the weekend, and of course they will bring all of their baked goodies. My friend, we WILL get through it. I have my mind focused on Dec 27, and I begin taking my additional weight off,...AGAIN. Gotta get back to 180. Have a great Christmas.

Those mixed nuts are so delicious! I ate half a meat stick because the whole little stick was 250 calories. Just couldn’t do it 😂

Thanks Bionici and L2E! holiday eating strategies! That meat stick thing kills me! But good job with it. We did red wine and charcuterie last night and I seemed to survive without significant gain.

Red wine has been of particular favor here as well lately.
