Just had our dinner. 3 hours earlier than usual but we were so hungry. My lovely wife said after dinner "Shall we go for a walk?" I said NO I want to hang onto my dinner as long as I can. :) I have had two days at 50% RDI nice mix of carbs/protein/fat. but still no weight loss. :(
