Easter weekend away in Birmingham with in-laws so no longer will I have full control of my diet.It's 4-27am and here am I working out todays meal.I like this part of Fat Secret where I can plan the days intake. I try to hover around 50% of RDI and then stick rigidly to it.Strange that my lovely wife is half my size eats exactly the same as me yet we have similar weight loss. ???? I suppose it;s because she is more active.

Hi B.F.B., I have a sister in law who can eat anything she likes never exercises and has never changed her dress size in 35yrs (am I jealous or what!) then there's me I just have to look at food and gain 2lbs.....Been out walking the dog today and going to get on the bike later this evening, I said this Friday, Sunday and Monday is not going to be my Good Diet Days got the Grandkids coming I will try to be as strict as possible with my food , but we still have a few packs of smelly French Cheese and 2 or 3 bottles of red wine left so Dieting today and Saturday only.....Your wife's metabolic rate maybe better than yours, I think that mine has got up and gone walk about..... Keep Trying to Be Good..... Maggy May x
