The final week of my 21-day fix program starts today. After stumbling & bingeing last weekend, I'm committed to finishing this plan strong! Still hoping for a 2 or 4 lb weight loss this week, but I've got to try harder. That means keeping the calories under 1400 & exercising every day - no bingeing & no skipping. One hr daily may not be a realistic goal, but I've already worked in 40 minutes on the treadclimber. My job keeps me on my feet regularly, which is good, and I'm working 5 hours tonight, so the NEAT should be up. I need to run to the grocery store & pick up a couple of things for lunch, so I'm having my protein shake before going & will bring my own coffee, so NO STARBUCKS🤐 (Not today, at least.) Let's do this, people!!!
