The black beans were a side dish in a grocery store takeout meal, but the dressing was too spicy. So I added everything else to make a healthy and tasty salad.

Thanks all! Not sure I’d call this a recipe but here are the ingredients: marinated artichoke hearts, green olives with pimento, seasoned black beans, garbanzo beans, cucumber, radish, tomato, celery, red wine vinegar & Italian seasoning blend. Lots of crunch & flavor!
