Is a kind of beef moussaka with aubergine but no potato. Creme fraiche & grated cheddar, rocket & tomatoes

@applepieppp it was a recipe from my Green Chef food box delivery. Basically, onion, mushrooms, aubergine, beef mince, cinnamon, salt, pepper, dried chilli, chicken stock, tinned tomatoes. Simmered & served 😋😋😋
