How's your prep game?? here is my prep for a few days. people always ask me how I lost the weight heres the answer prep, weigh and log everything!

I still have more chicken going in the air fryer now . Being on the road all day for work if I don't prep I'm setting myself up for failure.

For sure. Prep is very important. I'm a housedad for the past few years so I have the advantage of being able to cook 4 times a day. However, I'm also around temptations (the kids' junk food) all day long. So it isn't as easy as it sounds for weight loss and eating healthy.

Prep definitely has saved me when I come home late and don't want to cook or chop. My freezer is full of unlabeled Tupperware for a personal potluck. Though in a pinch, fresh fruit (like your apple & banana) or raw veggie finger food (baby carrots, sugar snap peas) works when I'm too lazy to even use a microwave. Nuts are not advisable when in zombie mode.

I always weigh my food in grams. From day one. Complete success for anyone who is consistent. And you are proof!!

Otb, and today my food diary is whacko. It's adding foods in opposite order that it previously did. Time to learn a new routine 🙄 These are not things I would complain about though. Missing information/incorrect info being recorded or like UnhealthyDad and worse my friend MadenB who is all but completely a 'ghost' since sometime this summer. This is disturbing. Still, This is a very complex and always alive beast! I gotta give them credit the darn thing works as well as it does. Professional courtesy and all 😉

StormsGirl nice ! Deffintly the only way to be consistent I'm sure there's plenty of people on here that guesstimate everything and wonder why they aren't hitting their goals. The worst thing I can think of as far as guessing wrong is peanut butter or nuts in general wow do they add up quick the serving size is soo small.

JustBananas nice! As long as I have some form of protein prepped and ready I can figure out the rest on the fly if I really need to but if I don't have my chicken, venison, beef or turkey ready I'm doomed.
