Sunday, cooked a lunch for the family that was really lovely as even both teenagers came and ate and we played 'UNO' afterwards which was really funny. Then I had the leftovers from yesterdays dinner for my supper. It is really hard to calculate the foods eaten when they are cooked as part of a meal for 4 people, it's not as easy as just 'dividing it by 4' as I don't eat as much as the others. To note, I was way over my carbs today because I had sweet potatoes, but, I really enjoyed them and that's what matters PLUS I am fasting now for 36hrs to also offset the increase in carbs. For sure, over the week my carbs will still be low :D
