Woke at 213.8, down 3.4 from yesterday after a huge calorie burn day without much food (just some alcohol that I danced off last night). Then I worked back to back all day and didn't eat until 3 pm. I got to 213.1 before that. Another new recent low. A little red wine and some take out food tonight.
