I’ve just discovered Pret A Manger Protein box, which is great for people on low carb or keto eating plan. With the dressing, one whole serving is 467 calories, 8.6g carbs, 4.4g sugar, 28.5g protein, 6.4g saturated fat, 34.7g fat and 1288mg sodium.
