Hi everyone hope ur all keeping well a bit of a rough patch at the moment… but when life gives u Lemons 🍋 the only thing one can do is make Lemonade…trying my best to eat bellow 1000 cal the power cuts spoils the meat & chicken so today I had beans & rice salad dinner boiled eggs that’s it

bigballsack you are unbelievably kind supportive it means a lot …. My life is like most people full of ups & downs but emotional scares are the hardest to heal am trying to deal with them building a life for myself starting from zero it’s not like am young …. It’s now or never …. Weight loss gaining mobility & creating a place for me in this world…. Inside still feel like a little girl ❤️❤️❤️

IMO severe caloric deficit may be your undoing of the hard work you have done. Why don’t you try caloric zigzag one day your 500 calories less from your day and the next eat to your daily total calories. Still continue with IF. But of course that is just my observation of what you post. In all honesty when your mind is in the right place to love yourself. It projects on to others and your body loves positivity. I know it is easy for me to say this I am not in your place. But I was when I first started doing all the wrong things and blamed my body for it resulting in my attitude and weight the worse of the worse. Do your research the good, and bad about severe caloric intake.

Pinay ur so right it’s a lot of issues here …. It’s lack of self love that got me into this mess in the first place to be honest….. thank you for your comment it does ring a bell
