I am convinced this 78 kilo has abandonment issues. The dreaded thing is not letting me go 😔

78.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg. Still to go: 10.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 4.9 kg a Week
