It’s egg fried rice , crispy chilli chicken , with a little garlic powder, mixed herbs and a little soya sauce.

Looks nice Caroline... Been doing quite a few rice dishes myself since starting my regime😊Never spent so much time in the kitchen making different things for tea (Gets me off my ass) used to be something straight out the freezer😂
