Starting my deload process food intake and training wise.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey Tom! Kinda yes. My training days I’m at 325g of carbs. My off days where the most output I do besides work is 30min cardio and mobility work, I’m at 225g of carbs. Overall increase in protein and slight fat increase to satisfy cravings.
