Woke at 229.0, down 7.9 from yesterday! I fasted yesterday as I drove back and then I napped pretty much the entire time since I got back I wasn’t feeling well. I actually took a Covid test but I was negative. So it’s probably just recovering from eating too much food that my body wasn't used to. UPDATE: A light eating day and I got to 227.6 by dinnertime. Lots of intestinal distress today so it was probably something I ate.
