Looking at all the diets but was looking for one that more stainable so I have decided to try the metabolic diet with some exercise and to change some of the tea I drink to water out of interest who’s used this diet and managed to keep the weight off they lost

....I tried the post NHS diet to reduce inflammation and water...then just meat and vegetables with just a few carbs...lots of 🍎....lots of walking....it really depends on how fit you are???? I'm going to locate a trainer when I get to 12 stone....soz prob this is all rubbish help...I suppose its what suits you. Keeping it off is the million dollar question lol...wishing you all the very 👌 and there are lovely people on this APP to help...Good luck 😁🤩😁

Thank you , this is true we Loose some of the weight but keeping it off is the one , good luck I hope you reach your target too

@merrymel thank you for such kind words , I am sitting at 12.9 at the moment and need to be 9.5 and 10 stone for my height, I’ll probably mix the diets and get some sort of workout routine going to help
