I’m looking trying to lower my carb intake any tips or alternatives please

Sweetheart Go for low carb alternatives like rye crisp bread and vegetables I’ve cut down on my refined carbs a great deal & has worked go of high Fiber brown rice & Whole wheat pasta if available am away at the moment none is available having one potato per week if any weight loss isn’t as difficult if u play it right

Hi try and put a little more protein on ur plate, that might help. I try to avoid eating pasta and potatoes as much as possible too xx

As Nadia said, brown rice, wholemeal pasta and also wholemeal bread or Wraps hope this helps lovely xx

Thank you , for the tips I think my problem is I love pasta , rice and egg noodles I am trying to eat more veg and have been trying vegan options to food as my partner she is vegetarian. I rush around in the morning and end up eating ceral bars and then by 11 I’m hungry and eating what I can find I feel this isn’t helping and dinner I try doing noodles veg with soya sauce instead of oil and then garlic salt and pepper and. Chilli salt . I’ve lost a stone and a half in 3 weeks but I need to loose more as I struggle keeping balance on my ankles as they seem to have become weaker since getting heavier after having my little boy 7 years ago nearly before little one I was a size 8 now being size 16 and 12.12 stone I hate the way I look

A stone and a half in 3 weeks? R u serious? That's ridiculous! U will end up putting it all back on and then some! R u a yoyo dieter? Sorry for being blunt but that's not dieting. Xx

No not really I try to be healthy eat little to much carbs , I’m not really sure how I’ve lost it tbh I’ve walked a bit and it’s been hot out and I’ve helped my partner move somethings up and down 4 flights of stairs about 6x or more . Frank more water and cut take aways out too . Don’t apologise for being blunt sometimes blunt is good x.
