And ONE quick question: Why does the bag of PorkSkins record that U get 9 grams of protein per 80 calorie serving and the offer this disclaimer
beside it?...Not a significant source of protein.
I KNOW many reasons why PorkSkins NOT good..high salt..high fat...but want to know about disclaimer...U can either post OR message...Have a great Thurs!!

Adult men need about 56 grams of protein a day, so if you divide 56 grams by 3 meals a day, you would need to eat 18 grams of protein for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or two meals a day worth 29 grams of protein each. It's all in the numbers. :)
