Well, that's day three of low carb, medium protein as and high fat. At the moment I'm finding it pretty easy, the worst is remembering to keep the protein lower than I'm used to, the Paleo diet which I've been following for the past two years gives almost free reign with protein. No hunger pangs, enjoying my food, even keeping the amount of wine down!
