Woke at 229.7, up 1.5 from yesterday, which is exactly what I deserve by eating and drinking 200 higher than my maintenance calories. Further adjustments today and tomorrow. UPDATE: Fasted until noon and down to 229.3. I will go until dinner time. Going to try the Warrior Diet (modified OMAD) with my first meal at 4 pm and ending the eating window at 8 pm). UPDATE 2: Got to 229.1 by 4:30 pm when I broke the fast with some raw veggies and a protein shake. We are eating chicken thighs tonight so no problem getting all my protein in a four hour window.
