Woke at 223.2, up .8 from yesterday. Not bad after a chipotle burrito bowl. Weighed 224.3 at noon. Broke the fast with another meat and cheese wrap and come cottage cheese with chocolate protein powder. UPDATE: Wrapped the day at 224.1 before dinner.
