That's a good motto. Calorie counting helps with understanding when we're getting enough nutrition already.

Yes, I normally eat when I'm hungry or when I am bored, depression is kinda useful in the sense that It kills my appetite, but sucks being depressed, so I don't "use" thay option to often. Boredom is the dangerous one for me.

but Mindy...the good thing is you have already identified it,,boredom is ur biggest trigger,,so now u can turn it around,,paint, draw, get adult colouring books, boogie to ur music, read, write, go a walk whatever it takes to keep ur mind off it ❤

I think any physical activity is good to take your mind off hungry thoughts. If I'm bored, I tell myself to do 20 press-ups and go clean out the garage. Then I miraculously think of several other things I absolutely need to do instead. Happens every time.
