Nighttime eating is my nemesis! Had 3 protein packed meals for about 1600 calories, went to the gym for 45 minutes and blew it by having 12 peanut butter crackers and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich likely good for another 700 by themselves. I ate mindfully in that I knew exactly where I was in the moment, Wasn't upset about anything, just an hour of total weakness!
