Well, I’m starting to get back into the right mindset… after having major dentist work and having quite a few teeth out and plates made my confidence has gone through the roof! 😎

I’m still struggling on the food front, unlike a lot of people on here (that I can see) I can count on one hand the foods I’ll eat, maybe I’m just not wired up properly in the head as I’ve always had this problem from a young age.

This means I’m very limited on what I can get rid of out of my diet before I’m basically eating hardly anything… hopefully this is something I can try and sort out this year! Does anyone have any tips on this if you’ve always struggled with new foods

I have been quite a fussy eater in the past but have learnt to eat new things more and more. I find it helps if I put a lot of spaces and herbs with stuff to make it taste better. I don't really like vegetables but I have been eating all sorts lately I just cut then up really small and fry them with lots of spices and it's amazing. hope that helps. best of luck

Hi Josh, what foods do you eat? You've lost an impressive amount of weight since you started here, well done.

You are doing really well! Just keep going. As far as eating different foods, there have been a few different programs on TV which included parts about about people trying to get more variety in their diet. They seem to suggest that you try one new food is at a time. Said you may need to try it a few times regularly for your palette to adjust. Then you will gradually get to like it. Sounds like the weight loss thing you just keep trying! If you persevere you will get there. Good luck. 😊
