Another great day to be alive! Breakfast was a green smoothie with protein in Boca Grande. Trying new things and stepping out of my comfort zone a bit. Large Beef Rib for lunch but surprised the protein count wasn't higher although the whole platter gave me 30 grams. Everyone have a great day!
