Hello my lovely FS Family that fills my world with positive vibes feeling so up beat today 😊I slept well and eftar today is not so healthy but do like white fish meat so fried sea bream no batter with rice & mixed nuts salad 😋😋😋 can’t decide btw cream caramel or fresh cream eclairs …. Now that’s a tough one but am unpredictable so might give it a miss will see I have to sort out my stuff so a lot of tidying up today thank you everyone Thank u my Hero my unseen Hero for setting me free…..♥️♥️♥️

Oh my cooking was great so pleased with my cooking was sooooo good 😋😋really enjoyed it gave cream caramel a miss was a wise choice my asthma was playing up took the inhaler & cortisone tablets feeling much better but makes me eat loads … oh well what to do hopefully that will help control it 😊😊 feeling cared for loved is the best feeling ever thank you everyone for supporting me xxx♥️♥️♥️
