Hi everyone …. Hope ur keeping well still waiting for that referral nothing yet the pain is getting worse but I can tolerate pain …. Trying to get on with it as best as I can hoping to be back on track health wise …. Ramadan tomorrow so fasting 😊 this year It’s especial because I had given it up …. But this year the old me is back the real me that enjoyed fasting from the age of 7 with my beloved late father … in a strange way I found myself in this weight loss journey as if I reconnected with the part of me that had died when my dad passed away …. & know papa is smiling down on me … since we used to do everything together even diet 😊 My unseen Hero is a lot like Him so thank u Sir for helping Nono heal grow learn …. Slowly becoming the woman she was meant to be & more ….To those of you struggling with weight loss or other issues we are human good days bad days & everything in btw Happiness is our goal be kind to yourself you are amazing ♥️♥️

Oh my! A lot going on. I know friends who fast. But i dont know how the fasting goes….

Try try it’s not easy but basically no food or drink from dawn till dusk 😊 but one is free to eat everything 😊 but for me will try my best not to gain especially now that I can’t move around due to the broken toe …. I shall add soup to my diet and sweets once a week & not much due to my non diabetic hypoglycaemia …. At least am being true to myself & fasting is a one of the things I used to do♥️♥️

Ruined it? Mine was ok…struggling with other aspects of spirituality but hoping to find my way again. I’m half asleep but determined to pray تراويح 🤞🏾

Hi Suma hope day 2 is going well am doing ok the expected headache but on a spiritual level am in a great place …. I ruined it yesterday with eating all the wrong stuff today will stick with healthy eating Soup and protein a bit of healthy carbs no desert …. Al Hamdilla feeling blessed ♥️♥️

Hi Steve …. Am great thank you for asking all is well so far today am back to basic food wise meat salad & soup contains Grains when I eat what my heart desires it’s out of control thank you for your kindness waiting for the referral living with a broken toe 😂 ♥️♥️

Day 2 was ok…a bit of a headache and low energy. But can’t complain. What was for iftar?

Suma I had veal salad & Mung soup but had 5 dates Other than that I did ok …. It’s headache but am so happy with myself 😊😊🥰 glad it was ok for you too my darling Suma ♥️
