Happy Thursday All!
The only thing I can think right now is I am grateful I am NOT in Buffalo this week. Wow.
Been a pretty frustrating month for loss. I looked back on this year's journey, from end of March(170) and weight loss per month: April(2), May(1), June(4 - a nice stress related jump start month), July(0), Aug(2), Sep(4), Oct(4), and now, November, I have been in between 150 and 151 all month. Never dipping below 150. Trying to find clues for the weight losses - the two 4 pound months i think i was able to run frequently is all I can recall.
At least my sluggishness from Monday has vanished. Great workout yesterday and some LISS on elliptical today. Going low today, see what comes on the scale, weights and measures, tomorrow.
