Happy Halloween!

I just finished 82 minutes (21.4 miles) on the exercise bike and now I'm going to hit the shower.

Soooo happy about reaching the two-teens today! I'm not really sure how long it's been...but at least a decade.

This is the end of the month so I want to record my monthly progress so far.

Started August 4, 2014

August weight loss 14.7 pounds

September weight loss 8.5 pounds

October weight loss 9.6 pounds
