It was the multiple questions that sounded complicated. You are completely right, though; any advice should be linked together with info. I just don’t know some of the answers to some of those prompts- like body composition etc. I’ll do some research. 🙂🙌

Lizzy, 1-Body composition = percentage of muscle, fat, water, and bones you can get it from inbody analysis 2-Daily routine = you have an active work, waking every day “what do you do physically every day” 3-How many hours do you sleep? I just ask because I will provide you with a plan for diet and exercise.
