I'm currently reconsidering my current eating plan - it just doesn't seem all that effective. I'm thinking of cutting back on total calories, and probably a little on the protein target that's so hard for me to hit anyway. Anyway, for 3 days last week OKC was getting record snowfall, & the law school I work at was closed. For some reason, tracking went right out the window, LOL - guess it got buried in the snowfall. So really, I don't know if the current eating plan is working or not! We celebrated my hubby's birthday Saturday (61 years young), can you believe he wanted Kentucky Fried chicken? Also got a German chocolate cake, his fave. I guess I didn't do too bad, since I didn't gain much - if you lose 2 lbs during the week but gain one back over the weekend, is that still progress??? Maybe, but I'd like it so much better if I didn't regain that lb. And of course next weekend is Valentine's day weekend. We're going to see "Death on the Nile" at this movie theater that serves you food while you watch the show, not exactly low-cal food but that's life I guess. Just need to lose a couple of lbs this week, keep up my average at least....
