Woke at 230.2, up 1.9 from yesterday. Had wings and pizza last night. Woke up twice so dehydrated that I drank a 25 ounce glass of water each time. Got up at 4:30 and could not get back to sleep, so I just got up. Gonna do veggies today for a reset.
