Wasn’t going to record this, just sweep it under the carpet BUT that won’t help me mentally. I’m just a bit off and on at the moment, I’m exercising regularly but not always hitting my calorie target. Weigh in is made worse by doing it early and yesterday was a very carb loaded day so I don’t think I’ve put on that much but I need to get back to it x
