Ocean_girl! Thank you! Actually, Katsolo introduced me to Bob and Brad more than a year ago when I started having the knee problems. Their suggestions just didn't seem to work for me. I gained an understanding of the problem, but the solutions offered didn't seem to work for me. I've tried so many stretches and exercises with little help. But, I have been doing something different. I noticothat I can barely sit cross-legged. My legs would nearly fall asleep and the hip pain was so bad. I decided to warm up my muscles and then sit cross leg as much as I can. I've worked up to being able to bend forward and back and really stretching my hips by leaning over to the side. It seems to isolate the specific tightness I've been struggling to fix. It seems simple and sort of stupid, but trust me... I've been trying other things. I am going to keep at it!

Have you tried sleeping with a small pillow between your knees? Sounds weird, but can help.
