Is it just me or do any of you ever catch yourself calling out numbers to the scale like you’re playing bingo or roulette? I hear myself saying in my head come on 139, 139, 139!!

@liv I don’t know if I’ve always done it but I caught myself doing it at my last weigh in - especially if I know I was pretty good at sticking to my food intake goals

Every day I do that. I close my eyes and pick a number praying it will appear. If the number appears I’m set for the day with good spirits. If not, I’m down for a while. I know it seems shallow but it’s how I roll.

@stacey I was the same. I would be soo grumpy all day if the number was bad. I didn’t even realize it until a boyfriend mentioned it in passing.
