Hi my lovely Jamie Had half the amount of rice try to stay low carb they don't have brown rice here ... it was very good my main meal for today 😊 Dinner will be one egg boiled

Hi Nadia! Hope all is going well for you! That lunch looks nice and filling, but just one egg for dinner? 🤣 I understand that you might of used up your calories, but have some salad with the egg, the nutrients in it will be better for you and at least more food, then the 75-100 calories the salad will put you over 🤞🏻👍🏻
