Don't put any labels when I take a photo, because I am too busy eating, but am on the computer at the moment, so I'll mention that this was chicken fajitas. Very nice. Do a bit of a marinade for the chicken first, with lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, a clove of garlic, salt, pepper and Mediterranean herbs. Then it's just adding slices of onion and pepper, and I like putting in a few slices of chestnut or button mushroom.
