Work has been getting stressful with the start of a new project. This is a brand new application pilot. My vacation days got cancelled so I could sit in all day meetings. This just threw everything out of whack and raised my stress levels a lot. Also had in-laws in town for a couple of days.

All of this lead me to my old habit of self medicating with food and no exercise. I was still eating low-carb but my calorie count was higher than where it should be. Needless to say my weight has gone back up.

Now I'm getting back on track. Forced myself to go out to the track and did my run/walk. I was able to do a full mile before needing to walk. I also plan on going to a core workout class tomorrow morning. Back following my diet as well, I'm through feeling lousy and want to get my life back in order.
