Woke at 227.5, up 3.4 from yesterday. Lots of Christmas Day overeating but we had a wonderful time. I hope you did as well. Starting to eat correctly today, but my sister sent a nut roll pastry and my friend Courtney dropped off an Oreo cheesecake this morning. So one piece of each and then back to a decent WOE. UPDATE: 227.7 later in the day. Slowed way down today but not completely back on the WOE.
