Habibti ( sweetheart) in Arabic lol suma it does wonders for mental well depression something I've had to deal live with for many years it was triggered by my Accident that was life changing .... so now am trying all over again to move forward fight the fear & learn to take steps forward xxx pls do me an inspiration so pleased u think so 😊😊😊
