Today was very hectic ..... food wise not great Within the cal limit or just over ....feeling a bit anxious .... mixed emotions & dieting not something I enjoy doing ....food has always been a source of comfort .....Tomorrow is another day ( not a Bond film) lol
So will pull my socks up & go back to 800 cal or just below 😊
