Maintained the weight over the weekend, so I guess that's something. I got a smaller brace for my ankle yesterday & wore it most of the day. Back in the ridiculous boot I got from the Orthopedist today, but I swear this will be the LAST DAY I'll wear it! This is just too uncomfortable & I'm feeling it in my hip. IMO, if something meant to fix one body part ends up hurting another, then it's just not working. (But it's not like I'm calling the Doc to tell her about this, LOL!) I put in a good walk on the treadmill yesterday in the smaller boot, going about 2.5 mph so it took about 67 minutes to get in 3 miles, ugh! But yeah, I figure I need to take it easy for another week or so. Planning to have salmon & veggies tonight, maybe some brown rice to go with it, then strength training. Happy Monday, everyone!
