Ok I need to maintain 1500kcal + 30 minute exercise everyday for the next 7 weeks. I lack control over bad snacks...ugh they taste so good. I did a test run since Thursday and i failed miserably.
Today is the official start of my personal lifestyle goals. So far so good.
I'm going to make sure to go to bed much earlier.
